OK, so we’ve been discussing the idea of offering workshops (bootcamp if you wish) in the studio.
Since everyone loves to take photos (we do— just ask us!)— plus the skyrocketing interest in Adobe Photoshop. We asked ourselves— why not share our knowledge with our friends, clients or students that are interested in pursuing a photo or design career?
The workshops would be offered at convenient times, such as after school or work and maybe even weekends. Open to everyone of all ages that share a passion for photos and or design.
Let us know what you think, or what we can add to entice you as a participant. Once we gauge the interest, we will develop additional detail such as pricing, dates, etc.
Photography:
For beginners, BJ will teach the fundamentals of digital photography— providing you with an introduction to the basic operation of a 35mm single lens reflex (SLR) camera. You can learn the principles and the subtleties of exposure and the elements of good composition with studio lighting.
Adobe Photoshop:
Focused on nothing but the most requested, most useful and most important Photoshop techniques for photographers. I would cover everything from getting your color right to retouching, also including everything from today’s hottest Photoshop special effects for photographers.
Thanks, Nancy (The Design Guru)
